Amy because she is always stating pooping isn't the same after banding. Here is a suggestion to her and all.... BENEFIBER! Three spoon fulls in a drink or food once a day. Really helps. You can add more as needed. I mix mine into juice or soy milk.

Benefiber is fantastic - It was recommended to me by my surgeon. It definately makes things a lot easier in the number 2 department for those who struggle getting enough fibre from their food intake.
